Our Team

Marcé Y Garbett-Ringgold
Marcé Y Garbett-Ringgold is a dedicated and compassionate Human Services and Counseling professional with over 20 years of experience in supporting individuals on their journeys to wellness. With a strong background in Behavioral Health, Crisis Intervention, Mental Health Counseling, Family Therapy, Substance Abuse Counseling, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she is committed to providing holistic, client-centered care.
Marcé holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Human Services with a concentration in Counseling from Lincoln University (2008) and a Master’s in Psychology from Capella University (2012). She also attended the Harold Abel School of Psychology Doctorate Program at Capella University (ABD), further enriching her expertise in the field.
Her career began over two decades ago at Interact INC, where she gained invaluable experience in crisis intervention, case management, counseling, and intake procedures. Through her work with various organizations, Marcé has developed a deep understanding of the complex challenges faced by diverse populations.
Over the years, she has honed her ability to create effective treatment modalities and interventions, empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals.Currently, Marcé serves as both an Intensive Behavioral Therapist and Entrepreneur, working collaboratively with clients to help them navigate obstacles and embrace positive change.
As the founder of HEROES RING LLC, she spearheads efforts to assist individuals by providing Transitional Housing and Behavioral Wellness services. Known for her empathetic approach and strong communication skills, she fosters trusting relationships with clients and treatment providers, ensuring individuals receive the comprehensive support they need to thrive.Outside of her professional life, Marcé enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and family. She is actively engaged in community outreach programs, professional associations, volunteer work, and women’s empowerment initiatives—always advocating for well-being and personal growth.
Her unwavering dedication to serving others, combined with her commitment to continuous learning and development, makes Marcé Y Garbett-Ringgold a respected and influential figure within the Human Services and Counseling community.
